Supported Employment places people into integrated community work sites that take advantage of their previous work experience and interests. Individuals selected for placement in Supported Employment are carefully screened to grantee the best match for the individual and job requirements. Eastco provides a Job Coach to train the new employee on-the-job until he or she can independently perform the job. Even after a job coach is no longer needed, the job coach is still available to provide additional training, follow--up visits, and consultations as deemed necessary.
